As a global leader in innovative new-energy technology, CATL has been continuously pioneering more efficient, agile, and sustainable manufacturing models for the future. The Ningde, Yibin, and Liyang plants have been consecutively recognized as "Lighthouse Factories"—currently the only three such facilities in the global lithium-ion battery industry. BangQi Technology is supporting CATL in scaling up its intelligent AGV logistics solutions across key sites, including the Turingen facility in Germany and the Ningde base in Fujian. These deployments encompass a diverse range of equipment, such as forklift AGVs, back-roller AGVs, recessed lift AGVs, and palletizing/demounting machines.

II. Challenges Faced (Partial)

Material weighs tons, making manual handling difficult and increasing the risk of bumps and scrap generation.
Carbon powder falling on the floor can easily cause slipping, and the narrow passageway poses a safety hazard.
Material handling requires high demand and precise alignment for loading and unloading.

Providing a variety of handling robots, including forklift AGVs, to enable end-to-end automated material handling across the production line.
