United Electronics

I. Project Background
United Electronics is dedicated to four key business segments: gasoline engine management systems, transmission control systems, advanced connectivity solutions, and electric drive systems. Guided by the vision of "Technology Driving the Future of Mobility," we are empowering the automotive industry to achieve higher-quality growth. The Taicang plant currently serves as the central hub for…
The largest factory for electric components—and also the central production hub for the company’s flagship new-energy vehicle bridge products—BangQi Technology has successfully helped United Electronic Jiangsu Taicang Base deploy a four-way intelligent automated storage and retrieval system, significantly boosting inbound and outbound efficiency. This advanced system integrates both hardware and software solutions, including four-way vehicles for the electric control system, stackers, and pallet conveyors.

II. Challenges Faced (Partial)

  • Artificial picking and handling are inefficient, prone to high error rates, and struggle to meet the automotive industry's stringent requirements for material traceability—such as batch management.
  • Flat-stack storage has low density, high land costs, and cannot meet future business growth demands.
  • Highly dependent on skilled workers with significant turnover, the company has long struggled with rising costs and challenges in standardizing operations.

III. Solutions (Partial) )

  • Constructing a high-density, four-way shuttle automated warehouse system that supports dynamic capacity expansion and flexible scheduling, enabling automated material storage and retrieval.
  • Deploy BangQi's self-developed intelligent management system to enable real-time inventory visibility, precise batch management, and seamless integration with SAP and MES systems.
  • By deploying AMR robots, we can automate material delivery between the automated warehouse and production lines, seamlessly connecting the entire "storage-transportation-production" workflow into a closed-loop data system.

IV. Project Revenue (Partial)

  • Operational efficiency significantly improved
  • Management precision fully upgraded
  • Enhanced Supply Chain Flexibility
