I. Project Background
Huada Automotive primarily focuses on the research, development, and manufacturing of automotive components and assemblies, as well as mold design and fabrication. The company is also expanding into areas such as battery boxes and motor components for new-energy vehicles. Meanwhile, Huada Automotive has successfully partnered with BangQi Technology to implement the BangQi Intelligent Automated Warehouse Project at its base in Jingjiang, Jiangsu Province. This project encompasses advanced hardware and software solutions, including electric control systems, aisle stacker cranes, pallet conveyor lines, cleaning robots, recessed AGVs, and counterbalance AGVs.

- By deploying a flexible AGV fleet, the system automatically generates delivery plans based on the production schedule, enabling precise in-line warehouse deliveries.
- Construct an automated three-dimensional warehouse equipped to support dynamic storage strategies, enabling precise, tiered management of wire harnesses in various specifications.
