I. Project Background
As a globally competitive new-energy battery company and green energy solutions provider, Guoxuan High-Tech has consistently pursued the development of intelligent, digitalized factories while exploring the frontiers of advanced manufacturing. Partnering with BangQi Technology, Guoxuan High-Tech has successfully implemented BangQi's smart AGV logistics solutions, chemical formulation & capacity testing solutions, and intelligent warehousing systems across its core production bases in Liuzhou, Guangxi; Nanjing, Jiangsu; Tongcheng, Anhui; Hefei, Anhui; and Lujiang, Anhui. These solutions encompass a wide range of equipment, including forklift AGVs, aisle stackers, pallet conveyor lines, inter-layer lifts, high-reach stackers, and robotic arms.

II. Challenges Faced (Partial)

High technical integration complexity
The project involves a variety of heterogeneous smart devices (such as AGVs, stackers, robotic arms, and more), placing extremely high demands on the software platform's core integration and collaboration capabilities.
Harsh production environment with extreme precision requirements
The cell formation and conditioning stage places nearly exacting demands on the precision, stability, and reliability of logistics handling—any mistake could lead to significant losses.
Challenges in Multi-Base Rapid Replication and Deployment
The solution must feature high standardization, modularity, and replicability to ensure rapid implementation and stable operation across different sites, while also supporting flexible future scalability.

III. Solutions (Partial)

By deploying intelligent stackers, elevators, and conveyor systems, we achieve maximum space utilization and refined inventory management.
By leveraging the coordinated operation of forklift AGVs and robotic arms, we achieve autonomous, efficient, and seamless material flow—handling raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods along complex pathways.
