1. Seamless Integration of the "Air Corridor"
The automated warehouse project features 10 aisles, with a total of 4 entry points and 20,000 pallet storage locations. BangQi has provided a tailored solution: establishing an efficient aerial corridor that directly links the second floor of the filling workshop to the automated warehouse, while also optimizing the original elevator system.

WMS Warehouse Management System: In traditional warehouses, space constraints often lead to materials being stacked haphazardly, frequently resulting in a "first-in, last-out" scenario and causing material buildup and waste. However, an automated stereoscopic warehouse system can automatically record the exact time each batch of materials is received, seamlessly enabling automatic implementation of the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle.

1. Desired Outcome: The entire logistics system is designed to handle 228 pallets per hour for inbound operations and 278 pallets per hour for outbound operations, fully meeting the company's logistics needs during peak periods.
