Recently, BangQi Technology held a grand graduation ceremony for the "Morning Star Program" management trainee cohort, celebrating their successful completion and marking the start of a new chapter in their lives.

After five days of intensive learning and hands-on practice, the BangQi management trainee team gathered in small groups to share their insights on the company culture, their understanding of corporate operations, their perspectives on the industry, and their personal action plans for becoming "outstanding professionals." They then organized these valuable takeaways into a structured report, presenting them one by one during their final summary presentation.

Each group showcased their learning outcomes with enthusiastic energy and clear logic. From the essence of corporate culture to the core value of the solution From insights into industry trends to ideas for personal career planning, each group's presentation was packed with standout highlights.
