CTU+ Conveyor Line Integration
The T-Series material handling robot can be adapted to work with a variety of specialized carriers, such as 3C industry TRAYs, manufacturing line tooling fixtures, and even new-energy battery magazines—making it ideal for tasks like loading and unloading machines, as well as buffering materials along production lines. Designed specifically for collaborative human-robot environments, the robot features multiple safety mechanisms to ensure both worker and material safety. Additionally, its flexible, customizable fork plates can accommodate materials of various sizes, while each individual container can support loads of up to 100 kg.
High adaptability
- Flexibly adapts to industry-specific vehicles, covering a wide range of operational needs.
- Frictionless lifting and placing, perfectly suited for high-cleanliness manufacturing environments. Features hybrid material gripping with centering capability for ultra-precise alignment. Standard single-bin payload capacity is 50 kg, with an optional 100 kg version available.
High Security
- Stretchable obstacle detection, material offset detection, and material presence/absence detection ensure material safety. Low-profile and overhead obstacle detection enhances the safety of human-robot collaboration, providing protection against machine malfunctions.
