Quality Control and Traceability
Implement quality control and traceability across the product’s entire lifecycle, ensuring that data from every production stage is accurately recorded and readily available for forward tracing—linking supplier batches to finished product batches—and reverse tracing—retracing from finished product batches back to supplier batches.
Building a transparent production line
Through the large-screen electronic dashboard, the on-site production status, quality conditions, equipment performance, and order delivery progress are instantly visible. Additionally, the Andon system enables rapid response to any abnormalities occurring on the production line.
